Sea Shipment Guidelines

To cater to the demand for more cost-effective shipping solutions for substantial orders, JLC3DP has introduced sea shipment services to selected countries. Customers can conveniently place sea shipment orders directly on our website (JLC3DP.com), with a dedicated service team assigned to assist with the order after production completion. We are continuously expanding our shipping channels for various countries, and if you have specific preferences for logistics providers, please communicate them to us.

Notification:Sea shipping is only available for orders over 150kg

Trade Terms

The default trade term provided for sea shipments is CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). If customers wish to alter the trade term, kindly contact JLC3DP customer service and the logistics team for confirmation via email before placing an order. Contact details for customer service and the logistics team are provided at the end of this article.

Cost and Freight

Under the default CIF trade term, the estimated shipping cost displayed on our website covers transportation costs from our factory to the customer's designated port. However, it does not include customs fees, import duties and taxes, or inland transportation fees from the port to the customer's warehouse.

The shipping cost is calculated based on the estimated weight on our website. Adjustments may be made according to the actual weight of the packaged goods. Any difference in weight will result in either a refund or an application for supplementary freight to the customers.

For standard transportation, JLC3DP will use plastic pallets for packaging. For any specific packaging requirements, please contact us.

For EXW or FOB terms, customers can collaborate with their own forwarder, and JLC3DP will refund the paid freight upon order placement.

For DDU or DDP service, JLC3DP assumes responsibility for delivering goods to the specified location. Customers should be aware that customs fees and delivery charges at the destination port will be charged by JLC3DP before delivery.

Responsibilities

Under different trade terms, customers assume various responsibilities. Taking CIF trade term as an example, customers are responsible for:

1 Providing detailed delivery address and contact information.

2 Cooperating with customs clearance at the destination port and providing necessary documents.

3 Paying all taxes and import fees promptly.

It is crucial for customers to fully comprehend their responsibilities and rights before placing an order. Any failure to fulfill corresponding responsibilities may result in customer liability for losses, including customs deductions and fines.

Shipping Date

Shipping times vary due to different countries and ports. Upon order placement, JLC3DP's logistics team will email you with information such as expected departure time, voyage time, and arrival time. While JLC3DP cannot guarantee a 100% accurate arrival time at the destination port, we will keep you informed about the ship and goods' latest status.
