How to append a new order to an existing order

To seamlessly integrate additional items or combine orders with your existing order at JLC3DP, adhere to the following straightforward steps:


Access Your Account Center:

Log in to your account center and locate the existing reviewed order to which you intend to add new items. Initiate the process by clicking on "Add new item" and subsequently selecting "Upload new files."


(Note: The addition of new orders is not permissible in the following two scenarios:

1. The order has already completed the production process.
2. A batch can only accommodate a maximum of 30 orders, and if this limit has been reached, it is not possible to add new orders to the existing ones.)


Navigate the Ordering Page:

Upon selection, you will be directed to the ordering page. Here, you can effortlessly upload your 3D CAD file, input the required parameters, and conclude the process by clicking "Combine."


(Note: Any additional shipping costs associated with the new order will be transparently displayed on the right-hand side of the page.)


Confirmation of Order Combination:

Post-clicking "Combine," your new order seamlessly integrates with your existing order, ensuring a consolidated and efficient order management process.


By following these steps, you can conveniently augment your existing order with new items, enhancing the flexibility and convenience of your order management experience at JLC3DP.
